Functions - Student Affairs
Student Affairs Directorate is envisioned to perform the following functions:
Core Functions
- Monitor and supervise activities of Clubs & Societies.
- Ensure discipline in all forms across the campus.
- Inculcate leadership skills amongst students by assigning real-time working opportunities.
- Conduct familiarization visits of students of different institutions across the country to UOC.
- Provide students with a platform to promote cultural diversity and tolerance.
- Enable students to express their talents and abilities, creating a healthy environment that promotes culture.
Student Societies & Clubs
The University of Chakwal promotes participation in various physical, intellectual, athletic and recreational activities, providing students with opportunities to engage in activities of their choice at various skill levels. The following societies and clubs contribute to developing well-rounded individuals.
Tehzeeb-ul-Ikhlaq Society
- Arrange activities independently and in collaboration with other societies for character building of students.

Health & Blood Donor Society
- Arrange two blood donation camps in the university during the year.
- Awareness Seminars

Students Counseling & Guidance Bureau / Rehnumai Markaz
- Guidance desk on New Admission, Entry Test, Conferences, Seminars, Convocation and Open House.
- Orientation for New Entrants
- Psychological Assistance in coordination with Psychologist and CMO
- Scholarships Related Guidance
- Employment Opportunities in Various Fields

Science Society
- Talks on Scientific Subjects
- Undergraduate Posters and Projects Competitions

Disaster & Crises Management Cell
- Participation of the University in natural calamities and disasters.
- Organize two training sessions within a year in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority and 1122 Emergency Service.
