The University of Chakwal has two libraries: the Library and the Central Library. Both libraries are continuously transforming their services through modern, state-of-the-art approaches adopted at national and international levels.

Our dedicated team of library professionals provides high-quality, user-focused services to scholars, faculty members, students and employees of the University. The libraries provide access to research materials, books, journals and articles in both digital and print formats, creating an interactive, conducive and innovative environment for learning and research.

The libraries play a vital role in the academic life of the University. Their purpose extends beyond serving as repositories of books; they function as dynamic instruments of education, research and intellectual development. Collections support university curricula while also providing reference books, periodicals, publications, newspapers and other scholarly resources.

Most departments also maintain departmental libraries within their respective buildings. The administration of the libraries is overseen by the Library Committee, which is responsible for their effective and efficient management.
