About - Student Affairs

The Directorate of Student Affairs maintains a liaison between the University administration and the students. It facilitates the students in addressing their problems in academics, co-curricular, social activities, sports, library, examination, transportation, health, fees, career planning and discipline. The whole team of the Directorate of Student Affairs helps students navigate and reflect upon challenges to adapt to change and empower them to become architects of their own learning and development. It also communicates the problem being faced by the students to help them in their amicable solution. The Directorate also assists various functionaries of the university in holding different academic, co-curricular and/ or social events at the campus. The directorate renders assistance in resolving different issues amongst the students through counseling and other corrective measures as deemed appropriate, meeting parents if required, besides giving them adequate guidance.

The Directorate of Students Affairs (DSA) works to coordinate the various aspects of student life and development by generating a linkage between students, faculty and university administration. It offers a platform for curricular and co-curricular activities to the students so that they can enjoy pleasant environment and enriched campus life.
The Student Affairs provide guidance and support to students in achieving their educational goals and Personal development. Another function of the directorate is to be responsive to the students need and problems.
DSA also encourage professional growth, development and ethical conduct of staff and students for collaboration to create an environment supportive of students learning in University. To enhance the students inherent potential different societies are working under the guidance of DSA.
