Job Advertisement 05/2026

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Candidates must apply online through the UoC website at https://careers.uoc.edu.pk. After submitting the online application, candidates are required to submit two (02) sets of the dossier in hard form, along with the duly signed online Application Form and original paid system generated fee challan at the address given below.
2. Candidates also required to submit detailed resume (preferably double-sided page print) alongwith attested copies of CNIC, domicile, degrees, result cards, transcripts, experience certificates and first page of each research publication, if any, in the journal recognized by the HEC showing journal name, author list etc.
3. Candidates possessing the prescribed qualification in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution must also attach a valid registration certificate issued by the relevant professional council/regulatory body, where applicable.
4. Candidates holding foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or IBCC etc., as the case may be, alongwith the Application Form.
5. Applications must be accompanied by a processing fee of Rs.3,000/- paid in any branch of Bank of Punjab (Non-refundable). While the employees of UoC are exempted from processing fee.
6. Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are required to submit separate and complete Application Form alongwith separate Fee Challan of the required amount.
7. Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi Government Department or Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by due date.
8. All Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry/outstanding dues against them. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate/No Objection Certificate (NOC).
9. Experience in Government services shall only be accepted if the certificate is issued by the concerned appointing authority/person authorized to do so; however, experience of private entities shall be accepted only, if such entity is registered with relevant Regulatory Body/Authority. Appointment letters shall not be accepted as proof of experience.
10. Experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, internee, visiting faculty and daily wages appointment(s) will not be considered/counted.
11. Relaxation in upper age limit will be granted as per policy of Government of Punjab.
12. The quota for persons with special abilities, minorities and women will be observed as per policy of Government of Punjab.
13. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
14. The University reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the advertisement, increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, fill or not fill any position, without assigning any reason.
15. The University may conduct any screening test for the shortlisting of the candidates, if required.
16. Interested candidates are required to submit the online application form till 07.10.2026 (Wednesday) and post a duly signed hard copy of the online application form up to 08.10.2026 (Thursday) (through registered courier/post only) to the Office of the Registrar, University of Chakwal, City Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal during the office hours, that is, 04:00 PM.
17. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
18. The recruitment shall be made in accordance with the University of Chakwal Act 2019, University of Chakwal (Appointment, Terms and Conditions of Service) Statues, 2021 and University of Chakwal Recruitment Policy 2021.
19. Pension and retirement benefits will be admissible in accordance with the policy of the Government of Punjab, amended from time to time.
