University of Chakwal Environment Protection Society (EPS) Promoting a plastic-free future through awareness campaign. On 18th March, "Global Recycling Day", EPS conducted an awareness campaign in various departments of University of Chakwal. Students from the Department of Zoology, Department of Botany, Department of English and Department of Sociology appreciated these efforts and showed positive feedback to fight against plastic. EPS Core team discussed causes of plastic pollution and their effects on wildlife and the natural alternatives to replace plastic. The campaign was concluded as its social responsibility for each one to strive for a plastic-free world.
