VC Meets HEC Chairman to Discuss Academic and Research Initiatives

Prof. Dr. Farrukh Arsalan Siddiqui, Vice Chancellor, University of Chakwal, called on Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, Chairman, Higher Education Commission (HEC) in his office at HEC, to discuss a range of issues related to the University's academic growth and institutional development.

During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor highlighted the pending No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for the launch of postgraduate MPhil and PhD programs in various disciplines. He emphasized the importance of these programs in expanding higher education and research opportunities for students in the region. The discussion also focused on ongoing development projects, research initiatives, faculty training, and professional development programs at the University. The Vice Chancellor briefed the Chairman on the University's efforts to strengthen its academic and research environment. Prof. Siddiqui also invited the Chairman, HEC, to visit the University of Chakwal and observe its ongoing progress and future development plans.

The Chairman appreciated the University's initiatives and reaffirmed the Higher Education Commission's continued cooperation and support for the promotion of higher education and research at the University.
