University of Chakwal Successfully Hosts RIPE 2025–26 Institutional Review

The University of Chakwal successfully hosted the Review of Institutional Performance and Enhancement (RIPE) 2025–26, conducted under the framework of HEC's Pakistan Precepts, Standards and Guidelines (PSG-2023).

Over the course of the two-day visit, the Review Committee conducted a detailed evaluation of institutional standards through meetings with relevant academic and administrative officials and examination of supporting evidence and documentation. Interactive sessions were also held with students, faculty members, support staff, and administrative staff to gather stakeholder feedback and assess institutional effectiveness from multiple perspectives.

The review process further included assessment of facilities and infrastructure, discussions on institutional practices, and formulation of recommendations aimed at strengthening quality assurance and continuous improvement across the University.

The successful coordination and facilitation of the RIPE review process was undertaken by the Directorate of Quality Enhancement (QEC). Under the supervision of Engr. Safia Bibi, Deputy Director QEC, the Directorate worked closely with all academic and administrative units to ensure the smooth conduct of the review activities and effective engagement of stakeholders throughout the visit. The University remains grateful to the Worthy Vice Chancellor for his continued support, guidance, and commitment to fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and institutional excellence. His leadership played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful conduct of the review process and reinforcing the University's dedication to continuous improvement.
