How To Apply

Our comprehensive degree programs are tailored to enhance research skills and provide practical knowledge, ensuring students are well-prepared to meet the demands of the professional world.

Step 1

Go to the Home Page and click the Apply button.

Step 2

Fill out the form:

  • Choose the verification type: Transcript Verification or Degree Verification
  • Select the verification mode: Personal or Departmental
  • Select the verification preference: Urgent or Normal
  • Enter your UOC Roll Number or Registration Number.
  • The system will automatically calculate the required fee based on your selection (e.g., Urgent Degree Issuance Rs. 10,000, Duplicate Degree Rs. 10,000, Corrections Rs. 2,000–5,000, etc.).
  • The system will automatically display your details, including Name, Father's Name, Gender, Program, CGPA, and Session. Note: If you notice any errors, contact the Examination Branch.

Step 3

Provide your personal information:

  • Upload a passport-sized image with a blue background (25KB or less).
  • Provide your valid NIC number.
  • The image format should be either .jpeg, .jpg, or .png.
  • Share your contact number, email address, and complete postal address.

Press the Apply button.

Download the Application Form and Fee Voucher:

  • Download/Print the Application Form in portrait size.
  • Download/Print the Fee Challan in landscape size.
Important Information

Important Requirements | ضروری ہدایات

  • Urgent/before-time degrees will be issued after six months from the issuance of the final transcript. Sixty working days are required for preparation.
  • A minimum of sixty working days is required for the preparation of duplicate degrees.
  • Attach the original bank challan to the application form. (BOP Collection A/c#6510211599100036)
  • Attach photocopies of your result card/transcript/ degree (without attestation if required to be verified).
  • Attach a photocopy of your CNIC (attested).
  • For duplicate degrees, include an affidavit of Rs. 100/- and a copy of the FIR.
  • امیدواران ڈگری ویری فیکیشن کی درخواست دینے سے قبل رزلٹ، ٹرانسکرپٹ یا ڈگری پر درج کوائف کو اچھی طرح چیک کر لیں۔ کسی بھی قسم کی غلطی کی صورت میں پہلے اس کی درستگی کروائیں، بصورتِ دیگر ڈگری ویری فیکیشن نہیں کی جائے گی۔
After fulfilling all requirements, send the application form and documents to:
