Brief Bio

Dr. Huma Qureshi has profound research interests in plant ecology, invasive plants, allelopathy, weed management, natural herbicides, and ethnobotany. She earned her Ph.D. in Botany with international research collaboration in Australia. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Botany at the University of Chakwal, Dr. Qureshi has also held academic positions at several prestigious institutions.
Dr. Qureshi actively participates in numerous workshops and conferences and has delivered oral presentations on esteemed platforms. Her prolific research output includes high-impact publications on plant stress physiology, ethnomedicinal plants, and the use of biochar and nanoparticles to enhance plant growth and resilience. Additionally, she has contributed significantly to training programs and symposiums, underscoring her commitment to advancing research and education.

Ms. Minahil Maryum

Minahil Maryum, a gold medalist in Zoology (2020), from Quaid e Azam University brings a blend of enthusiasm and pragmatism to our research journey. After graduating, she completed her Master's in Biology (2022) from the esteemed University LUMS. Currently, she interns at the University of Chakwal's ORIC, honing her skills and paving the way for a bright future in her research.
